We insure each and every package with FedEx to the maximum value of your diamond based on the amount agreed upon during your complimentary phone consultation. You’ll be able to track your diamond shipment every minute of the day via FedEx Live Tracking using the tracking number provided with your “Sell from Home” Kit.
The free shipping label and insurance is good for 7 days from the date that you receive the package. If you need more time to send us your diamond, simply call us and let us know, so that we may send you a new free shipping label.
